The policy brief offers recommendations to encourage and strengthen youth participation in decision-making at both national and international levels. Young people play an important role in driving societal change through social mobilization in various aspects, such as climate action, racial justice, gender equality and others. The recommendations emphasize the need to not only create a platform for collaboration, but also provide capacity development and training and systematic sharing of tools and information to facilitate preparedness in youth engagement.
