This study examines how school leaders and teachers in Australian schools engage in professional learning to support inclusive education. It analyzes four models—Coaching, Collegial Partnership, Community of Practice (CoP), and Independent Learning—through the lens of Transformative Leadership Theory, with Relatedness as an additional tenet. It also highlights the role of teacher leadership and collaboration in fostering inclusive practices.
