Arts As Emancipatory Pedagogy of the Futures of Education
The education systems worldwide lack inclusivity and the focus on social-emotional learning is more than ever. Can art be the medium for the demonstration of inclusive practice that supports an asset-based approach to teaching, learning, and development?
Amid the Covid-19 pandemic, students around the globe need access to holistic education practices that address their social-emotional wellbeing and lived experiences. Online Education Leadership Forum: Masterclass
The Online Educational Leadership Forum (OELF) Masterclass aims to provide educators and education leaders a platform to learn, discuss, exchange, and hone their teaching skills and pedagogical practices while connecting to their peers around the globe.
Join us at the 2nd Online Educational Leadership Forum Masterclass on the 6th of October, 2021, as we bring the subject matter experts on Digital Pedagogies to deliver workshop sessions on “Hybrid Learning and Assessment.” This masterclass will empower participating educators and education leaders to be the most adapted in the contemporary field of education – a globalized context full of advanced technologies and a context where the shift from online to hybrid learning is foreseeable. We seek to provide workshops on those best practices in effectively implementing hybrid teaching and assessment to equip educators with knowledge and skills to construct lesson plans, improve students’ learning experiences and measure students’ progress using fair and reliable assessment methods.
Together, we target to explore the fruitfulness of Hybrid Teaching, Learning, and Assessment and its potentials in supporting students within different educational and social contexts during the pandemic and beyond.
