Targeted Components of Peer Collaboration
The interventions address five main components:
Communication skills—enhancing children’s ability to express ideas and listen to peers.
Ability to share goals—supporting children in working towards common objectives.
Collaborative products—Encouraging the creation of shared outputs (e.g., projects, solutions).
Knowledge exchange—facilitating the sharing of information and ideas among peers.
Collaborative prosocial skills—promoting behaviors like helping, sharing, and turn-taking.
