Norris M. Haynes, Ph.D. is a Professor in the Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies at the Southern Connecticut State University where he founded and directed the Center for Community and School Action Research (CCSAR) and has served as Chairperson of the Counseling and School Psychology Department.
